B. PROCEDURE FOR ISSUANCE OF INVESTMENT CERTIFICATE:

1. Dossiers and procedures for granting investment certificates: For economic organizations established for the first time

- A written request for investment project implementation

- Legal investors:

Individual investors: Passport

Investors are organized: Certificate of establishment or equivalent document confirming the legal status

- Propose investment projects

- The financial capacity of the investor:

Individual investors: banks have confirmed the amount invested

Investors are organized: Financial Statements last 2 years and have the bank confirmed the amount invested

- The lease investment location

- Explanation of the technology (if any technology transfer)

- Business cooperation contract (if any): the case of a joint venture between Vietnam and foreign

2. Dossiers and procedures for issuance of investment certificate: In case of transfer of equity to foreigners, to sell shares to foreign investors

- A written request for investment project implementation

- Legal investors:

Individual investors: Passport

Investors are organized: Certificate of establishment or equivalent document confirming the legal status

- Propose investment project: For projects implemented activities, investors submit reports on the implementation of investment projects from time to time deployed for granting registration certificates instead of the proposed investment projects.

- The financial capacity of the investor:

Individual investors: No need

Investors are organized: Financial Statements last 2 years and have the bank confirmed the amount invested

- The lease investment location

- Explanation of the technology (if any technology transfer)

- Business cooperation contract (if any): the case of a joint venture between Vietnam and foreign
